Limoges

The French pilot was organized in Autonom’Lab office, in Limoges with different health and care professsionals: Doctors, Nurses, Home Care Service, a Patient.

WHEN and HOW?

The Pilot consisted in 3 phases, during 2H30, the 26th of June 2018:

1/ We worked around the question of TELEMEDICINE. It was a brainstorming:

2/ We gave the application to the participants in 2 groups and let them use it without explanation. During this phase, we were observing them and noting their remarks. They also had a piece of paper on which they noticed what should be a telemedicine application for them: functionalities, for whom, for what, when.

3/ We worked on what they like, dislike (about the application) and which improvement they could suggest?
